Sometimes, I find myself panicking about situations due to past experiences or my knowledge of it. My reasons feel justified and reasonable, but I want to avoid repeating the same outcomes I've experienced or observed in others.

However, when I shift my focus and allow you, Lord, to become the source of my knowledge—when you are what I know and the foundation on which I build my life—then I gain a sound mind and clarity, and fear disappears.

At this point, familiar scriptures begin to take on new meaning: "Be anxious for nothing, but in every situation, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6, NKJV).

With this understanding, I realize that knowing you is the key to my existence; trusting you is to live a life well lived.
